We partnered with an enterprise client to design a visual agent builder that empowers teams to create LLM-powered workflows. We led research and end-to-end UX/UI design across core product areas, including workflow creation, agent configuration, secure data infrastructure, and future monetisation.

Our work focused on making complex AI agent creation more intuitive for enterprise users, balancing flexibility, security, and scalability through a visual node-based builder designed for secure internal business automation.

We designed the platform’s core visual builder as a flexible canvas where users could create AI agents by connecting modular nodes.

For example, customer support teams could build automated triage agents that classify support tickets, assign priority, and route requests to the correct departments.

The goal was to make sophisticated AI orchestration understandable and operational for enterprise teams.
